An AI talent pool is a searchable database of past applicants, silver medalists, and (optionally) current employees. HaiTalent builds it from ZIP uploads of resumes. No ATS is required.

## Why it exists

Screening a ZIP for one job and then losing the runners-up in email is expensive. The next similar requisition, those people should rank against the new JD instead of being sourced from scratch.

## How it works

1. Upload past applicants, silver medalists, or employee CVs (PDF, DOCX, ZIP).
2. Paste a new job description.
3. HaiTalent re-matches the pool — each profile independently against the JD, PII-blind, with explainable scores.
4. If the pool is thin, screen a new job-board ZIP or use Talent Discovery (750K+ KudosWall resumes, select India cities).

## What it is not

Not an ATS pipeline. Not a public candidate marketplace. Profiles stay in the recruiter’s private pool.
