HaiTalent is AI recruiting software for resume screening and candidate shortlisting. Recruiters paste a job description, upload resumes (PDF, DOCX, or ZIP), and get a ranked shortlist with skill gaps and interview questions.

It is a product of KudosWall. It is **not** a full applicant tracking system (ATS) and **not** a replacement for LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed.

## Who it is for

Recruiters, staffing agencies, RPOs, and in-house talent teams who already source CVs and need to rank them against the JD in minutes.

## What it does

1. **Bulk screening** — Upload a ZIP from LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, or a shared drive. Every resume is scored independently against the job description.
2. **Explainable shortlists** — Match percentage plus explicit skill gaps. Models are instructed to ignore PII.
3. **Interview questions** — Generated from the overlap between that resume and that JD.
4. **Talent Pool** — Keep silver medalists and past applicants searchable without an ATS. Re-match the pool when a similar role opens. Details: https://talent.kudoswall.com/ai-talent-pool

## What it does not do

- Auto-reject candidates. A recruiter always decides who advances.
- Replace job boards. Sourcing stays on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar.
- Replace Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday. HaiTalent sits on top as a screening layer. Zoho Recruit is a live integration; Keka, BambooHR, Workday, Lever, and Greenhouse are integration-ready.

## How it is different from an ATS

An ATS stores pipeline state. HaiTalent ranks files against a JD. Teams that already have an ATS keep it. Teams that do not want ATS bloat can screen ZIPs with no ATS at all.
