Bulk resume screening is evaluating many CVs at once against a job description using AI, instead of opening files one by one.

A recruiter typically spends 3–5 minutes per resume. Two hundred files is more than a day of reading. HaiTalent parses a ZIP and returns a ranked shortlist.
