# How to screen resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Job boards find people. They do not rank CVs against a job description. After a Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed download, HaiTalent is the screening layer: one ZIP, one JD, a ranked shortlist.

## Four-step ZIP workflow

1. **Download CVs** the way you already do (ZIP or a folder of PDF/DOCX).
2. **Paste the job description** into HaiTalent. The AI extracts must-haves, skills, and experience.
3. **Upload the ZIP once.** Each resume is scored independently against the JD. Models are instructed to ignore PII.
4. **Recruiter reviews** match scores, skill gaps, and interview questions. Do not auto-reject from an AI score. Keep runners-up in Talent Pool.

No Boolean is required after the ZIP exists. No ATS is required. Zoho Recruit is integrated if you already use one.
