# Screen resumes without an ATS subscription

Source: https://talent.kudoswall.com/resources/screen-resumes-without-ats

You downloaded 80 CVs from LinkedIn Recruiter. You do not want another monthly SaaS seat. You need a ranked shortlist against your job description this week.

HaiTalent Screen Resumes is pay-per-batch bulk screening — upload, rank, and know your top candidates in minutes (typically 80–90% less manual screening time). Same HaiTalent account as subscription screening and Find Talent.

## When to use pay-per-batch vs subscription

| Situation | Best fit |
|-----------|----------|
| One role, one ZIP, done in a week | Screen Resumes pack |
| Hiring every month, multiple roles | HaiTalent subscription |
| Need passive candidates in India | Find Talent |
| Keep silver medalists for next quarter | Subscription + Talent Pool |

## Four-step workflow

1. **Paste the JD** at https://talent.kudoswall.com/screen-resumes
2. **Upload the ZIP** — PDF, DOCX, or ZIP from LinkedIn, Indeed, or email
3. **See masked ranking** — match order and scores on up to 25 CVs free; unlock names, skill gaps, and export with a pack
4. **Unlock and outreach** — reveal names, skill gaps, and interview questions; export Excel and start outreach on your top fits

## What you get after unlock

- Ranked table with match percentage per candidate
- Skill gaps vs the JD
- AI-generated interview questions per candidate
- Excel export of the shortlist

HaiTalent does not auto-reject. You decide who advances.

## Pricing shape (packs)

- 25-resume pack — occasional single-role screening
- 100-resume pack — agency batch (most popular)
- 500-resume pack — high-volume sprint

Packs are one-time purchase. Leftover credits do not expire. Dual currency: USD (Paddle) and INR (Razorpay).
