Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features
• Translate complex business problems into clear machine learning objectives
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and UX designers
• Define and monitor AI-specific success metrics (precision, recall, latency)
• Manage the lifecycle of AI models from data collection to deployment
• Ensure AI products adhere to ethical guidelines and privacy regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong traditional product management experience (Agile, roadmapping)
• Solid foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and capabilities
• Experience bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent data literacy and analytical skills
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Background in Data Science or Software Engineering
• Experience taking an AI product from 0 to 1
• Familiarity with MLOps lifecycles
• Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and model explainability
• Experience conducting user research for non-deterministic products
• Strong UX/UI sensibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $175,000
