HaiTalent is a product offered by KudosWall LLC, a company incorporated in the United States. By using HaiTalent, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KudosWall LLC.
HaiTalent offers Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Month, and Yearly subscription plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop the next billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for partial or unused time.
HaiTalent uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume analysis and shortlisting. While we aim for high accuracy, AI-generated recommendations may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We advise recruiters to review all shortlists for compliance and to avoid overlooking qualified candidates.
HaiTalent supports team-based access. The primary account holder (admin) is responsible for all actions taken by users under the same organization. Admins may manage access, permissions, and account data.
Users may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to automate access to the platform without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
Recruiters retain ownership of all resumes and related materials uploaded to HaiTalent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and applicant consents to use and process these resumes.
Uploaded resumes and job descriptions are stored securely for up to 60 days from the last activity. After this period, they are automatically and permanently deleted. Users may delete data earlier via their dashboard.
Our AI services may be powered by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI). While HaiTalent does not use your data to train its models, third-party providers may process inputs depending on their policies. We recommend reviewing their data usage terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of HaiTalent after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We may terminate access if terms are violated.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the United States, based on the user's region of operation.
